i missed the mojo
Last night, upon finishing this card for the mojo monday challenge, I went online to submit my project and found that I was 15 minutes past the deadline. boo.

asparagus, ham & cheddar frittata
We had a chance to spend some qt with our favorite Temecula bunch not too long ago. Uncle David hooked me up with a recipe for an Asparagus, Ham, and Gruyere Frittata. Since WIC doesn't offer gruyere...I used cheddar. It was a hot day when I made it and it involves the broiler but it was worth it when it was time to eat. I also made his cauliflower dish but had some technical difficulty. I'll not be posting a pic of that dish.
